Concept Laser X LINE PCG — Technical data

The X LINE PCG is a Concept Laser unpacking station for the large X Line systems. The finished build module is moved into an inerted chamber and pivoted about two axes so that powder trickles out of cavities and open support structures as well. The removed powder is returned to the powder circuit. With large aluminium or titanium parts in particular, this saves manual work and keeps the operator away from the powder. The station was presented at formnext 2016 together with the X LINE 2000R, and the manufacturer recommended it as an option for the older X line 1000R.

A used PCG only makes sense together with a matching X Line machine. Before buying, check whether the mounting and interfaces fit the existing build module, how inerting is monitored, and the condition of seals, drives and filters. With reactive powders, explosion-protection documents and cleaning records matter. As technical data come only from press releases, ask the seller for dimensions, connection values and weight.
