Concept Laser Mlab cusing 200R — Technical data

The Mlab cusing 200R is the more powerful variant of Concept Laser's Mlab series, introduced at formnext 2016. Its fibre laser delivers 200 W instead of 100 W, and the largest build module measures 100 × 100 × 100 mm; modules of 70 × 70 × 80 and 50 × 50 × 80 mm are also available. The manufacturer gives a build rate of 1 to 9 cm³/h. Process and handling areas are separate and both run under protective gas, and a floodable filter makes changes safer. Besides dental materials, titanium, aluminium, maraging steel and nickel 718 are qualified. Colibrium Additive now offers the machine as the Mlab 200R.

Used, the 200R is mainly of interest to dental labs and makers of small precision parts. Clarify laser hours, the build modules and clamping system included, the condition of filter and glovebox seals, and whether the optional QM Powder S sieving station is part of the sale. The machine runs on a 230 V supply but, with its handling station, weighs about 800 kg. Spare parts and service come from Colibrium Additive; the software licence and parameter releases should be transferred in writing.
