BigRep ONE.5X — Technical data

The BigRep ONE.5X is the current version of BigRep's cubic-metre printer. The open build volume measures 1,005 × 1,005 × 1,005 mm; printing is done with the Power Extruder 2 (PEX2) in single, dual or twin configuration, with diamond nozzles from 0.6 to 2 mm, up to 280 °C and up to 200 g/h. Compared with the ONE.5 shown at Formnext 2025, the additions are mainly automation and software: XYZ auto-calibration, relay mode with a backup extruder, pressure advance, vibration compensation and over-the-air updates. Typical applications are casting patterns, moulds, fixtures, and full-size furniture and design prototypes.

As the machine has only shipped since 2026, used units are young; remaining warranty, transferability of the CONNECT account and software level then count. If a ONE.5 has been updated to ONE.5X level, get this confirmed in writing. The diamond nozzles last long, but feed wheels and SWITCHPLATE build plates are wear parts. For installation and transport, plan for around 635 kg and a footprint of about 1.9 × 2.1 m.
