AMT PostPro SF100 — Technical data

The PostPro SF100 is the larger floor-standing unit of AMT's SF range and is designed for series production. Its chamber measures 400 × 600 × 400 mm and holds 96 litres, twice as much as the SF50 within the same 830 × 1,400 × 1,830 mm housing. The unit weighs around 850 kg and requires a three-phase 16 A supply. It is operated via a 21.5-inch touchscreen and recognises the 10-litre consumable canisters via RFID. Since 2021 it has been offered as the replacement for the PostPro3D; alongside it there was the SF100+ with improved recovery and later the Pure version. A robotic loading system is available as an option.

When buying a used SF100, first read version and year of build from the rating plate, because Standard, Plus and Pure expect different consumables and software. Inspect chamber, door seal, vacuum and circulation pumps and the recovery unit for contamination and corrosion. Ask for the cycle counter, maintenance logs, safety data sheets and stored recipes. If a loading robot is included, make sure its programs and interfaces come with it. Agree continued service access and canister enablement with AMT in advance.
