The AMCM M 4K is a large-format metal system from EOS subsidiary AMCM for parts up to 450 × 450 mm and 1000 mm high. Four to six lasers of 1 to 1.2 kW each, optionally with beam shaping, enable high build rates, for example for long parts such as engine and combustion chamber components. Weighing around 9.3 t and recommending about 90 m² of floor space, it is a production investment, not a lab machine.

On the used market the M 4K appears practically only as individual offers. Transport, installation, utilities and service always have to be planned individually.
