AM Solutions M4 Basic — Technical data

Since 2026 the M4 Basic has been AM Solutions' smallest vibratory finishing unit, designed as a mobile entry-level machine. A rotary vibrator with a 20 litre working volume moves small printed parts up to 70 × 70 × 25 mm together with media, water and compound to smooth, deburr or polish them. A built-in 25 litre tank collects the process water and separates solids, so no water connection is needed. The unit weighs 200 kg, stands on castors with locking brakes and runs on 230 V. According to the manufacturer it handles parts from SLA, SLS, MJF, HSS, SAF and SLM.

Used M4 Basic units are still rare because the model is new. Important points are the condition of the bowl lining and the vibrator springs, and whether the water tank has been emptied and cleaned regularly. Any media supplied should match the buyer's material, as residues of metal abrasion can discolour polymer parts. For larger parts or batches the unit is too small; the M4 covers those.
