AM Solutions M4 — Technical data

The M4 combines a rotary vibrator with a cleaning centrifuge and is aimed at users who want to mass finish larger batches of small to medium printed parts in metal or polymer. Parts with a diagonal of up to about 185 mm circulate in the 120 litre work bowl, and a batch may total up to 23 litres. The process water is cleaned by the centrifuge and recirculated, so the unit needs neither a fresh water nor a drain connection. With its enclosure it stays below 69 dB(A). The total connected load is 2.5 kW at 400 V. The M4 was first mentioned at Formnext 2023.

When buying used, the centrifuge is the most sensitive component: check bearings, imbalance and the condition of the drum, and find out when it was last serviced. The lining of the rotary vibrator wears with the media and should show no cracks or chipping. If the water circuit has been running for a long time, sludge must be removed and the process water renewed. Stored programmes reveal which materials were processed. Rösler does not state the weight, so ask the seller for transport purposes.
