AM Solutions M3 Pro — Technical data

The M3 Pro grinds and polishes printed metal and polymer parts without them touching one another. Each part sits on its own fixture and is fully immersed in the media and moved through it, so internal channels and delicate areas are also reached evenly. A single large part may measure up to Ø 650 × 300 mm, or several small parts can run at the same time. The media is conveyed pneumatically, the controller regulates water and compound dosing, and sensors monitor imbalance. The concept was first shown in 2019 as the M3.

With a used M3 Pro, pay particular attention to the fixtures: they are tailored to the previous owner's parts and usually have to be made anew. Check bearings and the drive with up to 3,000 revolutions per minute, as well as the imbalance sensors. The work container and media conveying wear from the media. Operation requires three-phase power, compressed air at 7 bar and a water connection. Weight and power consumption are not in the data sheet and should be requested from the seller.
