AM Solutions M1 Basic — Technical data
Until early 2026 the M1 Basic was AM Solutions' entry-level vibratory finishing unit, and it was presented by 2019 at the latest. It is meant for single printed parts and small batches of metal or polymer: parts, media, water and compound are moved in a vibrating trough until the surface is smoother or polished. A process water circuit with its own treatment is built in, so no fixed drain connection is required. According to third-party data it takes parts up to 500 × 150 × 130 mm. Since 2026 it has been replaced by the revised M1, which among other things offers fresh water operation and dividers for parallel processes.
Rösler no longer has the M1 Basic data sheet online, so the operating manual and rating plate should be available at purchase. Check the trough lining for wear, as well as the vibration drive, springs and the water treatment, where grinding sludge settles. Any remaining media and compounds should match the intended material. As the manufacturer only recently replaced the unit, spare parts from Rösler can still be expected; nevertheless ask about availability in advance.
