AM Solutions M1 — Technical data

The M1 is AM Solutions' compact vibratory finishing unit for individual printed parts and small batches of metal or polymer. It came out at the beginning of 2026 as the successor to the M1 Basic. In a trough vibrator running at 3,600 oscillations per minute, parts, media, water and compound move against each other, smoothing, deburring or polishing the surfaces. Dividers split the trough so that up to three processes can run in parallel. Parts up to 550 × 150 × 130 mm fit inside. It runs either with a water circuit and settling tank or with fresh water, which the Keramo-Finish polishing process requires. The unit weighs about 350 kg and runs on 230 V.

Because the M1 is new, used units are rare; it can be confused with the older M1 Basic, so check the rating plate and year of manufacture. The trough lining wears with the media and should show no cracks. Separation unit, material trolley and dividers belong to the scope of supply. Whether fresh water and drain connections are needed depends on the chosen mode of operation. Media and compounds are bought from Rösler.
