AM Solutions C1 Max — Technical data

The C1 Max is the big sister of the C1 and cleans SLA parts up to 750 × 750 × 550 mm, the formats produced by large printers such as the 3D Systems ProX 800 or SLA 750. Instead of isopropanol it uses AM Solutions' own processing medium, which acts chemically, thermally and mechanically. The fill volume is 575 litres, with top-up dosing via an integrated pump. Accura Composite PIV and Accura Xtreme resins are named explicitly. The unit weighs about 850 kg, needs a 32 A three-phase connection and can be moved by stacker or on rollers. It probably appeared in 2024.

When buying used, ask about the medium first: 575 litres of spent process fluid is a disposal task that should be settled in the contract. Check pump, dosing and tank for deposits and leaks. As Rösler publishes few technical details, the operating manual and maintenance records are essential. The unit only pays off with large SLA parts; for smaller parts the C1 is the more compact alternative. New medium is available from Rösler.
