3D Systems sPro 60 HD-HS — Technical data

The sPro 60 HD-HS is the fast version of the compact sPro 60 laser sintering system. Instead of the base HD's 30 W laser it uses a 70 W CO₂ laser; 3D Systems states 1.8 litres per hour at 6 m/s, almost twice the HD's rate. The build volume is 381 × 330 × 460 mm. The material range is wider too: besides DuraForm PA, GF, EX and HST, the manufacturer's table lists it as the only sPro model for elastic Flex, TPU, flame-retardant FR1200 and CastForm PS for investment casting patterns. The line is discontinued, and the product page redirects to the support portal.

Anyone who needs elastic, flame-retardant or castable parts, or more throughput, should choose the HD-HS over the HD. Have the rating plate and laser power confirm that it really is an HS. Check laser hours, heaters, roller and scanner, plus sieving and mixing equipment for the manually prepared powder. Power supply figures differ between documents, so clarify them with service before installation. Control software and its licence should be handed over too.
