3D Systems SLA 825 Dual for Dental — Technical data

The SLA 825 Dual for Dental is the version of the SLA 825 Dual for dental labs and aligner manufacturers. Two 4 W lasers expose an 830 × 830 × 550 mm build volume at 50 to 150 µm layers; 3D Systems claims up to twice the speed of single-laser systems and continuous 24/7 operation. It mainly prints dental arch models in Accura Ortho White, over which aligner sheets are thermoformed, in batches of several hundred models. For automated lines it offers robot handles, fixed start/stop buttons and automatic resin feed.

Used units are likely to be rare for now, as the platform has only shipped since late 2025. If you find one, check remaining warranty, hours on both lasers, vat and recoater condition and the 3D Sprint version. For labs it also matters whether integration with existing treatment planning and any robots is documented and whether the Ortho White material licence is transferred.
