3D Systems SLA 825 Dual — Technical data
The SLA 825 Dual is 3D Systems' largest current SLA system and was introduced in November 2025. Two 4 W lasers with variable spot sizes expose an 830 × 830 × 550 mm build volume, around 20 % more than before according to the press release; layers are 50 to 150 µm. Applications include large prototypes, master patterns, investment casting patterns and series parts in Accura resins, and the footprint is roughly that of the SLA 750. The manufacturer stresses that the platform is upgradeable; the SLA 750 Dual is regarded as its predecessor.
As deliveries only started at the end of 2025, used offers are rare and usually young. What matters then is remaining warranty, service contract and software version, plus hours on both lasers and the condition of recoater and vat. Licences for 3D Sprint, AddiTrak and material parameters should be transferred in writing. Power and weight data are not published – request the site preparation guide from the manufacturer before buying.
