3D Systems SLA 750 for Dental — Technical data
The SLA 750 for Dental is the orthodontics-oriented version of the SLA 750. It prints models with a 4 W laser and a variable beam diameter of 0.125 to 1 mm in a 750 × 750 × 550 mm build volume, and 3D Systems positions it for batches of several hundred dental arch models. The intended material is Accura Ortho White, a resin for models over which aligner sheets are thermoformed. For lab operation it offers a camera, remote monitoring, a 15-inch touchscreen and handles and buttons for robot loading.
Used, the same checks apply as for the SLA 750: laser hours, condition of recoater, optics and vats, resin age and whether software and material licences transfer. For dental labs, also check that the workflow fits their scanning and treatment-planning software and that Ortho White is available in their country. If automation is planned, the robot interface should be documented.
