3D Systems SLA 750 Dual — Technical data
The SLA 750 Dual is the two-laser version of the SLA 750 and was presented by 3D Systems as the first SLA printer with two synchronised lasers. Two frequency-tripled Nd:YVO₄ lasers (355 nm, 4 W each) jointly expose the 750 × 750 × 550 mm build volume, which according to the manufacturer gives up to twice the speed of a single-laser system. Mechanics, vats and Material Delivery Modules match the SLA 750, and resins come from the Accura range. The system is no longer offered; the SLA 825 Dual with a larger build volume is regarded as its successor.
Used machines on the market date from around 2022 to 2024. Check the hours of each laser separately, the calibration of the overlap zone, recoater and optics condition, and the MDMs included. Since the manufacturer licensed material parameters separately, licence transfer belongs in the purchase contract. The machine needs 200–240 V at 30 A and a floor rated for over 800 kg.
