3D Systems SLA 750 — Technical data
The SLA 750 is a large-format stereolithography system from 3D Systems for prototypes, master patterns, investment casting patterns and resin series parts. A frequency-tripled Nd:YVO₄ laser at 355 nm and 4 W uses a dynamically focused beam between 125 and 1000 µm, so contours are drawn finely and interiors filled quickly. The build volume is 750 × 750 × 550 mm, and parts may weigh up to 86 kg. Accura resins are used via exchangeable Material Delivery Modules, so a material change means swapping a module rather than decanting. The larger sibling is the dual-laser SLA 825 Dual.
When buying used, laser hours and remaining power matter, along with the condition of recoater and optics and the age and state of the resin in the MDMs sold with it. Filled vats need special care in transport. Also clarify whether material parameter licences and the 3D Sprint licence transfer, a 200–240 V/24 A supply, floor load for around 900 kg including a module, and a climate-controlled room.
