3D Systems ProX DMP 100 — Technical data

The ProX DMP 100 was the smallest system of 3D Systems' ProX DMP generation. A 50 W fibre laser melts metal powder in a cube-shaped 100 × 100 × 100 mm build volume; each powder layer is spread with a roller. The machine was designed for very small, fine parts in cobalt-chrome or 17-4PH stainless steel, and with the optional ProX DMP Dental software also for dental applications. It runs on 230 V single phase without water cooling and weighs around one tonne. The later DMP Flex 100 has a laser twice as powerful with a similar build volume.

Used ProX DMP 100 units are now older machines; their value depends heavily on laser and optics, the condition of the process chamber and service history. Because the model has not been built for years and is only listed in the support portal, clarify spare parts supply, service options and whether the control software still runs before buying. The approved materials require suitable powder with known parameters.
