3D Systems ProCure 350 — Technical data

The ProCure 350 is an older 3D Systems UV curing chamber for the final cure of SLA parts. Parts are first freed of excess resin, washed and dried, then exposed in the chamber on a turntable rotating at one revolution per minute. Actinic fluorescent tubes (TLK 30W/10 and 30W/03) covering roughly 300 to 480 nm serve as light sources, and reflective inner surfaces distribute the light. The turntable measures 358 mm, and the front door opens 400 × 368 mm. According to the reseller, the unit weighs around 153 kg and measures about 94 × 122 × 122 cm. The unit offered dates from 2005; the chamber is no longer in the range.

When buying, the tubes matter most: they age, and suitable replacements should be available. Turntable drive, timer, door switch and reflectors should work. Check the voltage (120 or 220 V) on the rating plate. For current resins, clarify whether exposure matches the curing recommendations, as newer LED units work with different spectra and power levels.
