3D Systems NextDent 300 — Technical data

The NextDent 300 is a MultiJet printer for one-piece full dentures. It prints denture base and teeth in a single pass from several materials and blends tooth shades individually from two tooth materials. Build volume is 294 × 211 × 50 mm at 32 µm layers and 800 × 900 × 800 dpi; the low build height is tailored to flat dentures placed side by side on the platform. Supports are printed in wax. At 247 kg and with a single-phase connection the printer is designed for dental labs. 3D Systems introduced it in 2025.

As the system is new, it is rarely offered used. When buying, print heads, material supply and test prints should be documented; also clarify whether warranty, service contract and software access are transferable. For producing dentures as medical devices, materials, process and post-processing must be validated, and consumables have to match that validated set-up.
