3D Systems MQC 600 Flex — Technical data

The MQC 600 Flex is the larger 3D Systems material station for SLS production with several printers. It supplies up to four SLS 380 machines with powder simultaneously, blends new and used powder, recycles the material and, like the Single version, has an integrated breakout station for depowdering build jobs. The aim is a central powder loop that reduces waste and avoids operator intervention between jobs. The station is connected at 208 V and 10 kVA three-phase. For a single printer, 3D Systems offers the smaller MQC 600 Single.

A used MQC 600 Flex is only worthwhile if the number of printers and the material range fit. Before buying, plan the conveying routes to the printer locations and check which connections and lines are included. Sieves, filters, seals, sensors and control software must be checked for condition and maintenance. Explosion protection and earthing must suit the installation room; ask the seller about dimensions and weight.
