3D Systems MJP EasyClean System — Technical data

The MJP EasyClean System is the 3D Systems post-processing solution for the ProJet MJP 2500 series. Two warmer units remove the wax support material in sequence: the first takes off the bulk, the second does fine cleaning. Depending on the material, the system works with steam or in oven mode, followed by mineral oil or EZ Rinse-C. The usable cleaning volume of 295 × 211 × 142 mm matches the build volume of the MJP 2500. The units sit on a table and only need a sink nearby. In listings the device often appears simply as 'Easy Clean System'; it has nothing to do with Figure 4 or SLA.

A used system should be complete: both warmer units, three pans, five lids, gaskets, strainer and handles. Each unit weighs 8.6 kg empty and more than 18 kg with filled pans. Check heaters, temperature control and gaskets; oil and wax residues should be removed. The voltage (120 or 230 V) is specified at order, so check the rating plate.
