3D Systems iPro 9000 — Technical data

The iPro 9000 is the larger version of the iPro stereolithography line and launched in August 2008. Mechanics, software and laser match the iPro 8000, but the machine has two separate build zones with their own axis control. Two Resin Delivery Modules can run in them at the same time, for example with two different Accura resins, doubling the build area of the 8000. Each module offers up to 650 × 750 × 550 mm depending on type. Alternatively both zones can be combined for the XL module; that configuration was sold as the iPro 9000 XL. The line is discontinued.

The 9000 makes sense for shops that run two resins in parallel or need more parts per week than one module delivers. When buying, clarify whether it comes with one or two RDMs and which types, as build height and value depend on them. The electrical cabinet sits in a different place depending on configuration, which changes the floor space needed. Check laser hours, resin age, recoater and optics, and secure spare parts and laser supply in advance.

1 · Buy

Matching used machines for this material and build volume.

2 · Let us search

Nothing suitable? We will search for you – or get an e-mail as soon as a matching machine comes in.

3 · Have parts printed

Not worth your own machine? We produce your parts – request from the LayerByLayer 3D printing service.

Buy or have it printed? For small or changing quantities, having parts printed is often cheaper than your own machine. If you regularly fill many build jobs, your own machine pays off.
