3D Systems Figure 4 UV Cure Unit 350 — Technical data

The Figure 4 UV Cure Unit 350 is the 3D Systems UV post-curing unit for parts from Figure 4 printers. It cures with a full spectrum of 300 to 550 nm and takes parts up to 124.8 × 70.2 × 346 mm. At 50 × 57 × 100 cm and around 77 kg it is a floor-standing unit placed next to a Figure 4 Modular or Standalone; 3D Systems sells it separately and lists it as an accessory in the Figure 4 Modular brochure. It connects to 120 V at 5 A or 230 V at 3 A, i.e. a normal socket.

When buying used, the key question is whether curing matches the material approvals: Figure 4 resins have defined post-curing profiles, and part properties depend on them. Check the light sources and their uniformity, controls, door interlock and ventilation. As the unit is designed for the Figure 4 platform, it is mainly worthwhile together with a printer of this series. Check the voltage version on the rating plate.
