3D Systems Figure 4 135 — Technical data

The Figure 4 135 is a compact DLP printer from 3D Systems for photopolymer prototypes and short runs such as housings, connectors, casting patterns or mould inserts. A QHD projector with 2716 × 1528 pixels and a 50 µm pixel size exposes a 135 × 76 × 165 mm build area; depending on the resin, layers are 20, 30 or 50 µm. Resin is fed automatically from 9 kg cartridges or poured by hand. Compared with the Figure 4 Standalone, the 135 has a slightly larger footprint but less build height, and it runs on a single-phase outlet.

With a used unit, projector hours and the condition of the membrane in the resin tray matter most, since both determine detail quality. Also check which resins are in the system, how old any opened cartridges are, and whether trays and build platforms are complete. As the model has only been offered since 2025, ask whether warranty or a service contract can be transferred. Wash and post-cure units are not necessarily included.
