3D Systems DMP Factory 350 — Technical data

The DMP Factory 350 is the production variant of the 350 platform with one 500 W laser. Unlike the Flex models it includes integrated powder handling with automatic sieving, so powder largely stays in a closed loop and operators have less contact with it. Build volume (275 × 275 × 420 mm), layer thicknesses and the vacuum chamber with residual oxygen below 25 ppm match the Flex 350; the material list covers titanium, aluminium, nickel and copper alloys as well as tungsten and niobium. 3D Systems positions the system for companies moving from development to production that want to simplify powder logistics and operator safety.

When buying used, check the powder system as well as laser hours and optics: sieves, seals, conveying paths and sensors. Service records, unlocked material parameters and the 3DXpert licence are also important. Because the manufacturer's data on dimensions and connected load differs between data sheets, verify size and power connection on the actual machine.

1 · Buy

Matching used machines for this material and build volume.

2 · Let us search

Nothing suitable? We will search for you – or get an e-mail as soon as a matching machine comes in.

3 · Have parts printed

Not worth your own machine? We produce your parts – request from the LayerByLayer 3D printing service.

Buy or have it printed? For small or changing quantities, having parts printed is often cheaper than your own machine. If you regularly fill many build jobs, your own machine pays off.
