3D Systems Cure 400 — Technical data

The Cure 400 is a 3D Systems UV post-curing unit introduced in early 2025 together with the Wash 400 and Wash 400F washers. It cures parts in a 400 × 400 × 400 mm volume with LEDs in the 350 to 450 nm range shining from all six sides, so parts need not be turned. A motorised glass turntable with a diameter of 560 mm ensures even exposure, and operation is via a 7-inch touchscreen. 3D Systems names it for SLA, Figure 4 and PSLA printers, but in principle for all UV resin systems. The floor-standing unit measures 92 × 78 × 162 cm.

As the Cure 400 is new, used units are still rare. Points to check would be operating hours and the condition of the LED modules, turntable, door seal and temperature control. It is important that curing profiles for the resins in use are available and that the firmware is up to date. The flyer does not state weight or electrical ratings; ask the seller for both before planning transport and installation.
