3D Systems CubePro — Technical data
The CubePro was the largest filament printer in the Cube family, with which 3D Systems targeted engineers, independent designers, start-ups and ambitious hobbyists from 2014. It builds parts up to 275 × 265 × 240 mm with 70 µm layers in an enclosed chamber and processes ABS, PLA and an engineering nylon. It was offered in three print head configurations; with several heads, up to three colours or materials can be combined in one part. The Cube line has been discontinued and no product page remains.
For a used CubePro, material supply is the key question: find out which filament in which form the printer accepts and whether it is still available. Also check nozzles, guides and the number of print heads installed. Since 3D Systems only keeps material notes in its support portal, expect limited spare parts availability; the price should reflect that.
